For the artist, (queer) love resembles this: being vulnerable, seeing and discovering oneself through the other.  The artist wants to remind us of how every experience becomes more profound while being with the other; subway rides now have an orange tint, the other’s laugh and the bird’s song align to an equal frequency:

 to take each new value and create the present moment with you.

to write a poem out of the mundane,

allowing you to see me again,

and again,

and again,

letting you discover yourself through me.

suddenly, banal things became sensorial experiences.
